Priests, or at least mine, don't seem to pick up many worthwhile traits if they're left in predominantly Christian lands.Īlso, is it for sure that leaving a priest in a settlement with a general increases the general's piety? I did not know this. I usually have to leave them outside of cities since the places that have low levels of Christians usually don't belong to me. I've had priests pick up monks and witch-hunters while they were out in the country-side. I'm fairly certain that priests will still pick up ancillaries even if they aren't in a settlement.
